After three weeks of confusion I
could identify my new object on the following two images as 2009 BK163 and 2009
BR163, detected by Spacewatch
at January, 31 2009. On Febr.,19 I could find the new object again on this image of comet 116P/Wild. The MPC confirmed the new object at February, 23 2009 with the number K09C45D � 2009-02-19 by Bernhard Haeusler Germany
